Shipment Methods

The Australian Botanics Company only uses trusted carriers for shipments. When the order is sent, you will be receive an e-mail with the shipment number and a link you can use to check the status of your order by means of thee carrier web sites.

Delivery of the shipment

The first delivery attempt will be performed without calling you in advance. If the carrier does not find anyone at the specified address, he will deliver a note with the information necessary for you to contact the carrier's customer care office and agree upon a second delivery day. To avoid any delay, please make sure that your name is clearly visible on your doorbell or write the name of the person who will receive your shipment in the event you wish to receive your parcel at work. The Customer Care of The Australian Botanics Company will check on the shipment until the delivery and contact you in the event of problems.

Custom Taxes

The customer is responsible for the payment of customs taxes and the amount is calculated according to the law applicable in the country where goods are sent. The Australian Botanics Company staff does not know the amount of customs taxes that will be communicated to you by the carrier after the goods have reached their destination. In the event that the taxes are not paid and the shipment is refused or abandoned as a result, the shipment expenses and the customs taxes will be deduced from the total amount of the order and only the difference will be reimbursed.
