Creation of the personal account

Before purchasing from our web store, you must register and create a personal account. You can fill out the registration form by following this link. Only a few minutes will be necessary to enter your data and specify the address where you want to receive the ordered products. The account is strictly personal and you will be able to enter your "Account home" only by means of your personal password. At the end of the registration procedure, you will receive a confirmation email with all your access data.

Your reserved area

Once accessing your reserved area, you can take advantage of a series of functions. You will be able to modify your personal data, enter an unlimited number of shipping addresses, check the processing status of your order and control the status of your shipment from the control panel. If you lose your access data, you must follow this link: you will receive an email at the specified address with a new password that you will be able to change once entering your reserved area.

Modification and cancellation of your account

You can modify your registration data at any moment, but only after entering your reserved area. You can also request the cancellation of your account after sending a request to the email address info@australianbotanics.com

Purchase a product

To purchase a product, you will have to select it from the catalogue and select the number of items you would like, and then add it to your "shopping cart". Now you can continue navigating in the site to choose other items or carry out the payment. We want to remind that you can buy as many products as you want and that the available quantity can always be checked from the shopping cart. If you want to buy more or less products of the same type, you can modify the quantity within the shopping cart.

Eliminate a product from the shopping cart.

Before confirming the order, you can eliminate one or more products from the shopping cart by clicking the Remove Button. The total amount will be recalculated automatically.

Complete an order

To complete an order, you will have to follow all the purchasing phases. After confirming the content of your shopping cart, a page will be displayed where you will have to confirm the shipment address and the payment method. Please read the page Payments and Security to know all the payment methods accepted by The Australian Botanics Company. After successfully completing the procedure, you will receive a confirmation email at your email address that will also display your order in detail.

Modify a completed order

Enter your reserved area to check the status of your order. If you want to replace an item, you can send your request to info@australianbotanics.com until the order is "being processed". After the order is executed and shipped, it will no longer be possible to modify it.

Execution time of the order

All the orders arrived from Monday to Friday by 12 noon will be sent the same working day. All the orders arriving from Monday to Thursday after 12 noon will be sent the following day. The orders arriving on Friday after 12 noon will be sent the following Monday. In the event of bank holidays, the order will be executed the first working day.

The Customer Care service will inform you of any delays in the event of problems not caused by the personnel of The Australian Botanics Company.

Monitoring the shipment

Entering your reserved area or directly following the order from this link you will be able to directly check your shipment.
